What to expect

The initial consultation lasts about 1½ hours. "Taking the case" involves a wholistic examination of the patient covering diet, past diet, the present condition, medical history, family medical history, lifestyle and questions about oneself that are designed to reveal information about the subtle energies as reflected by the nomoeopatic miasms or the Chinese five elements.

From these findings a dietary prescription will be completed together with a supplements prescription if necessary and sometimes other recommended measures. This information will be sent to you, together with an interpretation of your problems.

You will be expected to return for a follow-up appointment, usually after 4-6 weeks, with subsequent follow-up visits as necessary.

To gain maximum benefit from the therapy it is necessary to maintain follow-up visits as progress needs to be monitored and appropriate therapeutic changes made to the prescription.
