Make out of any combination of the below and serve with soya, rice or oat milk, or water:

Barley flakes Sultanas Almonds Pumpkin seeds
Rice flakes Raisins Brazil nuts Sunflower seeds
Millet flakes Dried apricots Walnuts Sesame seeds
Rye flakes Dried dates Cashew nuts Linseeds
Oat flakes Dried pineapple Hemp seeds
Coconut flakes Desiccated coconut.

Adding linseeds to the diet does not provide linseed oil, as the seeds are too hard for the oil to be extracted. However, they do provide a good source of fibre. Always take approximately a glass of water when taking linseeds.
