Muesli

1 clove garlic, crushed
2 oz red lentils
1 onion, chopped 500ml water
1 green or red pepper, chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
14 oz cooked red kidney beans
4 tomatoes (optional)

Place lentils and water in a large pan and bring to the boil. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with rice and vegetables.
