Apple and Cinnamon Oat Bars

Lentil Chilli

Muesli

2 apples, sliced and cooked
2 eggs
6 oz oats
2 oz raisins (optional)
2 tsp cinnamon
90ml water or herb tea

Preheat oven to 200ºC, gas mark 6. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer to a baking tin (approximately 9 x 6 inches). Bake for 15 minutes. When cool, cut into squares.

Variations:

Replace the apples with bananas or pears.
