Apple and Cinnamon Oat Bars

Muesli

4 oz cornmeal or brown rice flour
4 oz rice, boiled and cooked
8 fl oz soya or oat milk or water
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 190ºC, Gas mark 5. Mix all ingredients together, beat well and pour into a greased 10 inch, 25cm pie dish. The mixture should be thin. Bake for about 30 minutes until browned.
