Spicy Bean and Lentil Loaf

Apple and Cinnamon Oat Bars

Lentil Chilli

Muesli

1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 sticks celery, finely chopped
14 oz cooked red kidney beans
14 oz cooked red lentils
1 egg (optional)
1 carrot
2 oz grated hazelnuts, finely chopped
2 oz cooked millet or millet flakes
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp chilli powder

Preheat oven to 180ºC, gas mark 4. Place onion and celery in a small covered saucepan and heat gently until softened. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Transfer into a loaf tin and bake for 60-70 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
